Fast Answers Before You Order
How do I place an order?
Go to Shop Cigarettes, select your product variant, add to cart, and checkout. The site’s ordering flow is 3 steps: select products → pay → receive shipment + tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are accepted via secure Interac e-Transfer, and you receive a confirmation email once payment is received.
When do I get tracking?
After payment is received, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What carriers do you use?
Shipments are made via Xpresspost and/or Purolator, depending on routing and service availability.
Can you ship to PO Boxes or Rural Route addresses?
If courier routing is required (especially during Canada Post disruptions), PO boxes and Rural Route addresses may not be serviceable use a physical street address to prevent delivery failure.
Do you sell to minors?
No. Canadian federal law restricts sending/delivering tobacco products to young persons, and sellers/deliverers must take steps to prevent delivery to minors. Health Canada also provides detailed information about smoking harms and the health effects of tobacco smoke.
