How to Order
This page removes guesswork. Here’s exactly how ordering works on SuperSmokes.
1. Select Your Cigarettes & Add to Cart
Browse the Cigarettes category, open a product, choose your variant, then add to cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Pay (Interac e-Transfer)
Checkout provides Interac e-Transfer instructions and the same instructions are also emailed to you. Interac e-Transfer is a secure, bank-based way to send money to a Canadian account.
3. Confirmation, Packaging, Shipping, Tracking
Once payment is received, the order is processed and shipped. You’ll receive an email confirming shipment and tracking details. The site also states items are “well-packaged and discreetly labeled.”

Shipments are made via Xpresspost and/or Purolator.
During Canada Post disruptions or when alternate courier routing is required, we cannot ship to PO boxes or Rural Route addresses use a physical street address to avoid failed delivery attempts.
Security Tip: Avoid Fake “Tracking” Messages
Purolator warns customers about fraudulent texts/emails that impersonate shipping updates and ask for personal information. Always verify tracking via official carrier pages.
